Tips To Stay Healthy While Traveling

Travelling is a dream for everyone. Everyone wants to feel free travelling and don’t want to get sick while traveling so I am sharing some tips to stay you healthy hope you like it
1. stay hydrated
Always carry a water bottle while traveling, its help you to keep stay hydrated. Sometimes you don’t see the store on the road where are you going so always carry a water bottle while traveling. because health is wealth.

2. eat fruit while traveling

Eat fruit while traveling as much as possible, it keeps us healthy and hydrated and energetic. Fruit also helpful for skin its keep you healthy glowing skin .so eat fruit much as you can. Bananas, apples, and oranges can be found virtually in any grocery store in the world.

3. EAT BREAKFAST.

Don’t go directly to the lunch have some breakfast…..if you go directly to lunch or dinner you will be eat more than you want and your body gets fluffy and you don’t want to go anywhere for eg. Beaches, visiting cities  and so on….its better to take fruit in breakfast if you are don’t want to do heavy breakfast . you can get easily quality fruits from groceries store. The mantra of travelling for a long time is to eat some calories in the morning.

4.TAKE A NAP

The most important thing you can do while traveling is sleep. Your body needs rest when you’re physically travelling, crossing time zones, carrying luggage to and from destinations, walking all day, and so forth. Traveling is harsh on your body so make sure you get plenty of rest. How much is enough? Listen to your body. After a long walk, I sleep for a few hours and allow my body to rest before the next one.

5. Limit alcohol consumption

I know you’re on holiday, but limiting alcohol consumption is the easiest way to cut those empty calories. At home, I rarely drink on the weekdays, but during long-term travel I find myself craving a cold beer (or five) at the end of a long sweaty day of exploring. One beer isn’t going to kill you, but one every day adds up (that’s an extra 800 calories /week). Opt for water or an iced cold tea instead, it will make your early morning wake up call that much easier.

6. BALANCE

If you eat ten pancakes at your all-inclusive breakfast, rent a bike or make a goal to walk for a couple hours. If you splurge on booze one night, opt for water the next. Balance is so crucial to sustaining healthy, and it’s important to realize that you are going to have days where you eat ALL CARBS (dare I say it to my western world fitness gurus). You are going to have days where your sugar intake is through the roof due to the massive amount of fruit shakes and pad thai you have inhaled. It’s okay. It’s part of the experience; it’s part of the ride.

7. Walk as much as you can

Other healthy tips for you try to walk as much as possible while traveling. Along the same lines, try your best to walk as much as you can. It may sound like a no brainer but you’d be surprised how easy it is to keep your metabolism moving and your mind in a state of Zen just by walking. City breaks make it pretty easy to get your stroll on, but it’s also definitely doable in more remote locations. Do your research, take your time, and walk.

8. Fresh air is the best air

Take some fresh air while travelling. fresh air rid off your stress of traveling, and you can enjoy the rest of the traveling

9. Alone time can be incredible

Don’t be fearful of travelling alone its good for you….you can find inside of you when travelling. For many travellers, solo travel is a life-changing experience. But you don’t have to be a seasoned nomad to know that even for the biggest extroverts, some alone time is soothing for the soul. Clear your mind, go at your own pace and even exercise without fear of judgement through some planned alone time, even if you’re travelling with buddies.

10. Pack lighter

Pack lighter as much you can because heavy packing will stop you to see places that you are come to see it

11. Learn some basic meditation techniques

Unnecessary stress is poison. It has many mental and emotional side effects, as well as physically taking a toll on one’s muscles, nerves, joints and even vital organs. Many travellers across the world find it helpful to meditate to channel some inner peace into their weary bones and tissues.

12. don’t take to much of meal

Try to avoid meals or cut down as much you can believe me it more beneficial for you. heavy meals make you lazy and you don’t want to go anywhere after that. so take veggie health food.

13.sun cream

Use sun cream while traveling if you don’t want to get tan or get sunstroke.

14. use medicine

Use some medicine while traveling to be strong for eg tabs painkillers
